Accommodation Rates

All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars per room and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
(15% after 1/10/2010)

Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people in one bed.

Guest Rooms

These rates include breakfast.

Stuart Manor is available for exclusive use.

Arrival and Departure

Our preferred check-in and check-out times are from 3.00pm and up to 11.00am respectively. Should you arrive earlier or wish to depart later, please advise us and we will try and accommodate you. We would appreciate it if you could advise us your estimated time of arrival.

Bookings and Cancellation Policy

• Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a current Visa or Mastercard credit card number with expiry date.
  
  
• We will confirm your reservation via email or post.
  
  
• Due to the size and nature of our business cancellations greatly affect us, and we will adhere to strict cancellation policies.
  
  Accommodation cancelled between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival maybe subject to a 25% charge.
  
  Accommodation cancelled between 7 days and 24 hours prior to arrival maybe subject to a 50% charge.
  
  Accommodation cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% charge. However, we will make every endeavour to re-sell your room and if successful you will not incur a charge.
